Some practical information
We acquired Villa Dracoena in 1998. We immediately undertook to restore this house with care while preserving its authenticity and bringing the elements of comfort appreciated by our customers. Thus, the house retains its original shine and we always have a lot of fun finding it. It is this pleasure that we want to share with you.
We reserve a deposit of 1000 Euros on card. This deposit is not charged.
Our online booking and payment system is completely secure. By booking directly on the Villa Dracoena website you will get the best rates.
Full refund in case of cancellation at least 15 days before the scheduled start of stay.
No refund for a cancellation 14 days or less before the scheduled date of start of stay.
tourist taxes are always refunded in the event of cancellation.
The basic price of the stay includes the complete maintenance service of the villa carried out once per stay and the household linen.
An intermediate maintenance service with replacement of the household linen and a daily room service are offered as an option under the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
The swimming pool can be heated on request according to the booking conditions options.
You can book your transfer between the airport and the villa with your stay.
We can also organize your lunches and dinners on one of the villa’s terraces.
General stay information
– internal regulations
Our manager, Donna, welcomes you at the villa between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we will send you all the information necessary for your arrival and your stay by email.
The swimming pool is equipped with a regulatory security device such as an alarm. Its operation will be explained to you upon arrival.
The villa is rented according to the legal conditions in force and according to the following specific conditions:
If the client does not inform of his late arrival and has not arrived four days after the planned date of start of the stay, the owner reserves the right to re-let the villa.
The client undertakes to occupy the premises personally as a “good father” and to take care of the occupied premises and the equipment made available. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
If the customer finds any problem whatsoever, he is requested to inform the manager, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
In case of degradation due to negligence or improper use by the customer, the owner cannot be held responsible and the costs of repairs or replacement may be retained on the deposit according to the findings established at the departure of the customer.

From the airport
From the airport by car, take the Promenade des Anglais to get to the Port in the far east of Nice. The villa is 1.5 km from the port of Nice towards Beaulieu and Villefranche-sur-Mer. A secure garage and many free parking spaces are available on site.
Without a car, the tramway at the exit of the airport arrival terminal will take you directly to the port of Nice in 25 minutes. You must then take bus number 100 to the port of Nice to get to the villa in 10 minutes (Maeterlinck stop).
