About us

We acquired Villa Dracoena in 1998. We immediately set about carefully restoring this house, preserving its authenticity while adding the comforts appreciated by our guests. Thus, the house retains its original charm and we always take great pleasure in gathering there. It is that pleasure we want to share with you.

Deposit

We reserve a security deposit of 1000 Euros on your payment card which will not be charged to your account. This deposit is a guarantee for payment of any repairs for damages noted upon your departure.

Booking

Our online booking and payment system is fully secure. By booking directly on the Villa Dracoena website you will obtain the best rates.
The booking conditions are as follows:

– for a booking made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled start date of stay.

– for a booking made 30 days or less before the scheduled start date of stay: 100% of the total amount is required.

Cancellation

Amounts collected are refunded in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of stay.
Refund of 50% of amounts collected for a cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before the scheduled start date of stay. No refund for a cancellation 15 days or less before the scheduled start date of stay.
tourist taxes are always refunded in case of cancellation.

Services

The base price of the stay includes a full villa cleaning service carried out once per stay and household linen..

An intermediate cleaning service with replacement of household linen and a daily room service are offered as options under the conditions indicated at the time of booking.

The pool can be heated on request and under the conditions indicated as an option at the time of booking

You can book your transfer between the airport and the villa with your stay.

We can also arrange your lunches and dinners on one of the villa's terraces.

General stay information
– house rules

Our manager, Donna, welcomes you at the villa between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will send you all the information necessary for your arrival and stay by email.

The pool is equipped with a regulatory safety device such as an alarm. Its operation will be explained to you upon arrival.

The villa is rented under the legal conditions in force and under the following specific conditions:

If the guest does not inform of a late arrival and has not arrived four days after the scheduled start date of the stay, the owner reserves the right to re-rent the villa.

The guest agrees to occupy the premises personally as a «responsible head of household» and to take care of the occupied premises and the equipment provided. Parties and gatherings of more than 10 people are strictly prohibited. Subletting is strictly prohibited.

If the guest notices any problem whatsoever, they are asked to inform the manager who will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the event of damage due to negligence or misuse by the guest, the owner cannot be held responsible and the costs of repairs or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit according to the findings established upon the guest's departure.
