About us

We acquired Villa Dracoena in 1998. We immediately set about restoring the house with care, preserving its authenticity and adding the comforts our guests appreciate. As a result, the house retains its original splendor, and we continue to enjoy our time here. It's this pleasure that we'd like to share with you.

Deposit

We reserve a deposit of 1000 Euros on your credit card which will not be debited from your account. This deposit is a guarantee of payment for any repairs to damage on your departure.

Reservation

Our online booking and payment system is completely secure. By booking directly on the Villa Dracoena website, you'll get the best rates.
Booking conditions are as follows:

- for bookings made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled start date.

- for bookings made 30 days or less before the scheduled start date: 100% of the total amount requested.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled start of the stay, all monies received will be refunded.
50% will reimburse any sums received for cancellations made between 30 and 16 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds for cancellations made 15 days or less before the scheduled start date.
tourist taxes are always refunded in the event of cancellation.

Services

The basic price of the stay includes full maintenance of the villa once per stay and linen.

An interim cleaning service with linen replacement and daily room service are available as optional extras, subject to the conditions specified at the time of booking.

The pool can be heated on request and according to the conditions indicated as an option at the time of booking.

You can book your transfer from the airport to the villa with your stay.

We can also organize lunches and dinners on one of the villa's terraces.

Our manager, Donna, will welcome you at the villa between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we'll send you an e-mail with all the information you need for your arrival and stay.

The pool is equipped with an alarm system. Its operation will be explained to you on arrival.

The villa is rented in accordance with the legal conditions in force and the following special conditions:

If the customer does not inform us of their late arrival and has not arrived four days after the scheduled start date, the owner reserves the right to re-let the villa.

The customer undertakes to occupy the premises personally as a "good father of the family" and to take care of the premises and equipment provided. Parties and gatherings of more than 10 people are strictly forbidden. Subletting is strictly forbidden.

Should the customer notice any problem, please inform the manager, who will do his utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible.

In the event of damage due to negligence or misuse by the customer, the owner cannot be held responsible and the cost of repairs or replacement may be deducted from the deposit, depending on the findings on the customer's departure.
